A story about a little girl named Rosemary who buys a cat and a broom to earn extra money cleaning houses that turns into a magical fantasy when the broom turns out to be a witch’s broom and the cat is a magic cat under a spell. The cat’s name is Carbonel and the book tells how Rosemary helps him undo the spell he is under and return him to the throne as the king of the cats.
