Pumpkin Cat

Pumpkin Cat by Ann Warren Turner

A homeless cat wanders into a public library, where she is taken in by two kindly librarians. As she is found right before Halloween, they name her Pumpkin Cat. Pumpkin Cat lives at the library, but when everyone goes home at the end of the day, she is lonely. She knows something is missing that would make the library feel like a true home for her. Then, an abandoned kitten is left on the library’s steps and Pumpkin Cat finds what she was missing. This is a sweet and touching story about love and family and what truly makes a home.
